I saw the last eight or nine years of Bert's City career, and I've felt more than privileged to have seen that many!

Me too - he was my boyhood hero. Whenever I played football with other kids on the local park I always volunteered to be the goalie.

Great film. Had to complain to the cinema about the air conditioning though - towards the end if the film there must have been loads of dust in the air. Had to keep wiping my eyes.
One thing that struck me was how well the football action was filmed. Usually it is crap and contrived in movies, but here it looked believable and authentic. A chick flick footy film, who would have thought.
