Well, what they did isn't really up for dispute, its just fact so it doesnt matter who reports it? I think it's fair to say at the very least they exploited the rules to claim mortgage payments on their more expensive home. Why would they flip their first home if not?? They escaped any punishment as the Parlimentary standards committee said that they had paid CGT. But that doesn't really exonerate them for milking the taxpayer does it?

One person’s exploited the rules is another person’s followed the rules. Maybe they escaped punishment because they didn’t break the rules?
Looks like a non-story to me, a 12 year old one at that.

I just think it's interesting that this is the new home secretary?

I am also certain that this was entirely the kind if story your good self and several others would continually bring up about the last Conservative government. So you should probably think of it as a me bringing a little bit of balance to the debate at times, after all we are not all happy clappers. ;-)

My wife is a school governor of 4 schools round there. There’s been a steady decrease, but Covid has affected the numbers for this September.

Whether it will return in the next few years isn’t known yet.

Maybe Alexandra Park and round there has differing results, I don’t know.
