There will never be a political system that pleases - there will always be uproar about policies. I have faith the vast majority of MPs want what’s best for the country but recognise it’s a poison chalice, you simply have to make unfavourable decisions at times.
Yours and the sudden understanding of unfavourable decisions by the government of the day by many other very vocal posters on here is both admirable and laughable at the same time.

Nobody was asking for WFP to be cancelled. Nobody saw WFP as an unnecessary drain on funds. Labour came to that conclusion and made that decision on their own and everyone is rightly calling them out on it.
They didn't need to do it at all. Now it's a PR disaster when even prominent, vocal Labour supporters are voicing their concerns.because they did it for a laugh and want old people to freeze ?
