You may think Labour politicians will look after the working classes but there are so few of them from that background they are more comfortable with their own middle class friends.

NHS is not fit for purpose, whether privatisation is the answer even partisl is up for debate. To my mind it needs an overhaul to remove inefficiency.

He's lucky his reputation was tarnished by Iraq or he might face more scrutiny over his NHS PFI disaster. It's costing us £80bn to borrow £11bn over 30 years, and this comes out of hospital care budgets.
