Im a keen fantasy football player and always look for bargains so i have always stayed loyal to Downing, for the past 6 weeks iv made him my captain as i felt he just had to do something soon.

You've had Stuart's Drowing as your captain over a period when the likes of RVP, Aguero, Silva, Nani, Bale, Adebayor have all been racking up goals and assists?

I was waiting for Dalglish to say how bad the ref was and how they weren't awarded the correct decisions, but even he could see the ref did everything he possibly could to aid Liverpool
I also noticed that Jonathon Pearce seemed terrified of asking anything that would have put Dalglish on the spot

was just thinking about what team Liverpool will put out next week.
Without the Olympic diver who is banned, means Carroll is the main man up front - but will he be risked for the League Cup games, should he get injured / sent off etc, leaves the Mickies with no recognised forward of any note / quality.

Also, Liverpool play in the FA Cup on Friday night - City Sunday morning..... so the Mickies have the advantage again of over 36 hours rest over City for the 1st leg...

Look at that prick of a referee (Jones) - he is looking DIRECTLY at Silva and Downing, yet he gave the free-kick! He then threatened to book Silva when David complained that he did not foul Downing!

was hoping someone could put up the footage of Skrtle's two blatent shirt pulling on Kompany that should have been awarded as penalties - the first Kompany brought out a great save from Reina and the second Yaya scored from, but he was all over him like a bad rash

Haven't read all of the thread so it could have been mentioned before, BUT, could Liverpool try and purposefully draw this match with to get a replay so it counts as another match towards Suarez's 8 game ban?

Not sure they'd purposefully get another game into their fixture list just so that the racist could serve his ban against ''weaker'' opposition. I presume they don't want to have to play any more games than is necessary, no more than ourselves.

this is what i thought then i checked their fixtures and it will only get him back for their game v wolves hardly worth while tbh
