Possibly,but he just can't motivate the team.
His current field setting is far too conservative - if he wants to win the game,he should have silly mid on and off,short mid wicket,and generally have his team swarming around the new batsman/totally out of form batsman like a rash.
He should be encouraging his bowlers and sledging the convicts left,right and centre.
He's just too bloody nice!
