Trippier named player of the year by Burnley fans, knew we were letting a good one go there but he had no real chance here with Micah and Zaba such good right-backs. I'd expect him in the Premier League before too long, hopefully we put a sell-on % clause when we sold him to Burnley.

Fookin' hell, right on cue! He could be playing Champions League football next season. :O

Newcastle United are watching Burnley's former Manchester City full-back Kieran Trippier.

The 21-year-old is seen as a likely replacement for Danny Simpson who is stalling over a new contract with Newcastle.

England U21 international Trippier, joined Burnley earlier this season after a loan spell.

meppen - walter with an own goal and then a mistake to let them in again.

the u18s had the chance to win the league with 3 games left. but it looks like they will lose all of the last 3.

wtf is going on? is there a big attitude problem in the camp with our players?

-- Sat Apr 28, 2012 12:38 pm --

3-1.

how a top of the league side lose their last 3 games to blow the league is embarrassing

Losing 3 games in a row is just silly. It was all in out hands but now we have to turn to united to help us out. I have a feeling that certain players may just get the boot.
