mancini has none of this help.
nail on the head
the season he was aloud to loan two top keepers out to premiership clubs
Not the case at all.
Razak has spent time at Charlton, Brighton and Portsmouth, 3 good Championship clubs. A mixture of bad attitude and city recalling him is the reason he hasn't progressed.
Boyata spent time at Bolton and Twente, he failed at both.
Wabara failed at Ipswich and Blackpool.
Elabdelloui failed at Feyenoord.
These are all top clubs.
On a side note, Chelsea play Villa in the Next Gen Final. Arsenal defeated in the semi, Spurs in the Quarters, Liverpool in the last 16. City couldn't get out of the group stage for the second season running despite spending more than Aston Villa can afford on their first team players.
Yes the NextGen story tells it all - Chelsea will always have a case for doing well because the money they spend at youth level - bu Villa is a prime example of what a good youth/U19/21 with good management & coaching set up can produce and that is something that City above the U16s do not have at the moment.
Then there is the over hyping of players that are at the club atm - most of the players quoted around have not got the quality to progress to become challengers for 1st team places in the future. The prime example is Suarez who at all the time at the club has only impressed me once at any level and that was an U21s game away at Crystal Palace in early autumn last year and that was his effort that kept pressing forward which kept the palace defence worried every time he got the ball even though not every time it came off. That was a prime example of having the right attitude on the football pitch and the reason why the likes of Shaun Goater made a success of his career because he understood that not every move/action does not work but kept putting the effort in to make the defenders worried by his movement and work off the ball. But only producing that in the 18 months he's been here shows that the young man lacks the right attitude to make it at the top level despite have good natural talent that he is not personally exploiting.
