We should loan Hughes out to get him some managerial experience. This can be known as Option 4.
On the fence to be honest. In a way I want him sacked cos I don't think he's the best man for the job but on the other hand I don't want to rock the boat too much when we're more or less a third of the way through the season and coming up to such a crucial period. I'd probably be able to give you more a definite indication come the end of January.
