In, havent we learnt our lesson with managers in the past?

No 'cos we keep hiring shit ones. The mistake was never in (or at least in the 20yrs ive been watching us) sacking the manager. The mistake was made in the hiring of them in the 1st place!
Where are all these manager now that we have sacked? Not 1 is doing anything that suggests we should have kept them

We never give them long enough, Liverpool, utd and Arsenal have proved that consistency, works?

On the fence but only because, unlike our owners, I'm not in a position to know who is available. If I knew we had a top class manager available I'd bin Hughes tomorrow.

Hughes out. I have to say its not a resounding vote of confidence looking at this poll. The Hull game got me off the fence.

was a Hughes in man, on the fence at the moment, starting to lose my patience. If Hiddink or the special one are available and want to manage City, well I know what I would want.
Some people are born winners. If either of them want to manage City it would be madness not to go and get them. 3 home draws on the bounce against average opposition really isn't good enough. Like an everton fan said on here recently, when as there been a better chance of breaking the top 4. I really believe that 3rd place never mind 4th place is there for the taking but we are blowing it. Hughes is still the boss so we have to support him, our owners are no fools and will make the right decision at the appropriate time in the interest of the club. Lets just get behind the team on Wednesday and saturday and see what happens. There is nothing wrong in disagreeing with each other as long as it doesn't turn nasty, we all want the same thing after all.

It's all about the swing voters, by the looks of it.

I've seen quite a few 'if the right man was available then I'd jump at the chance', but on the other hand, the hull game is still recent in people's minds, and I'm willing to bet a few memories could be erased by a win on thursday and a good performance on saturday.

Edit for the those going

'....You believe that it would be wrong to sack Hughes right now...........You want to wait a little while longer before making a definitive decision....'

Not sure about the wording in the three 'options' given - that above is actually how I feel. Decided to vote 'On the fence' as it is the nearest to my current thoughts.

nuh-uh, the game may start on wednesday, but I have it down for at least 5 sendings off, then extra time and 50 penalties each, before we get a winner.
