Due to the fact that Hughes in was - Wouldn't be right to sack him at this point, i chose that. With the carling cup 1/4 final coming up on wednesday, now would not be the right time to sack him. I will re-evaluate my opinion at 9:30 on wednesday evening

I've voted "On The Fence" as being a supporter of many years I've seen us change manager far too easily and often and it's got us nowhere, plus what will sacking him part way through the season achieve especially when his replacement will more than likely be unavailable. Our owners are not stupid people and I'm sure they will evaluate his performance at the end of the season. Having said all that my patience with some of his team selections and tactics are wearing my patience thin. I'm sick of seeing Ireland being played out of position which has made him totally ineffective this season.

yes but we've never had managers with the calibre of mourinho and hiddink.

the results of the next 2 games will be for me, the defining factor whether hughes has is the right man for the job.
I would like him to go as I can't see anything to convince me he will ever be good enough to get us to challenge at the top. I would like it even better if he proved me wrong and got the team on a massive winning streak, but can't see it at the moment unfortunately.

comment. I like that one. Also. At the beginning of the season didn't the team say they were aiming for a top 6 finish? Pretty sure we're still in the thick of the hunt for that.. And one more thing, sure, all the draws suck, but hey, we're still not losing. We're doing enough to not lose. I understand how hard the positive outlook is, but literally, something small is gonna click into place and BAM. All those draws are gonna start being wins. Sack Hughes now and they will turn into losses. Mark my words.
