Just watched today back at high speed, highlights etc.
Pogacar simply magnificent.
No words.
It does make the prospect of the Tour this summer incredible. Bring on Vingegaard.
I’ll respond in one word:Pog will waltz the Tour.
“ Yes, he’s had a crash.”I’ll respond in one word:
Jonas
People seem to have forgotten how he completely wiped the floor with Pogacar last year. Yes, he’s had a crash, but if he’s anywhere near top form he’ll beat Pogacar.
It’s not an outcome I’d wish for as I’m not fan of his to put it mildly, but i think there is maybe too much ott Pog love going on at the mo in the afterglow of a Giro where he has no serious opposition.
The winning margin in the Tour last was significant.

Yep, brilliant! What a ride from Pidcock to win MTB gold at the Olympics, was nearly 40 seconds down after a puncture, brillianty overtook the French rider as time was running out on the last lap. The French crowd were a disgrace, bad losers.
I may try and see the Barnsley - Sheffield stage. Seems the closest to watch this year.Just seen that Remco and Alaphillipe both announced as doing the Tour of Britain.
I mean seriously, Remco ffs!!
Can’t quite believe it if I’m honest. Assume he’s using it as World Champs prep.
See you there mate - that’s the one I’m gonna aim to catch.I may try and see the Barnsley - Sheffield stage. Seems the closest to watch this year.
Great that both of them are lined up to be in it.
