I agree. More than anything I just hope Evans doesn't win it because I'm having real trouble putting an O on the end of his name.

Another top effort from Cav yesterday. I love his post race interviews, they're never conventional that's for sure!

Think I'm going to make it my aim for the summer to have a tweet read out by Kirby/Harmon. We could have our own GC, winner is the one who gets the most mentions :)

Another great result for Cav... Looks like omega pharma have really nailed there lead out train for Cav which i know they've been working hard on..

On Brad it must be gutting for him... Like you mentioned Shands, i would love to know what Froome is thinking, you can imagine he;s thinking fucking great so brad hasn't won the giro which means he'll now want a crack the tour instead... could make for a very interesting tour if those two go head to head...... Brailsford will be made to earn his money keeping those two in line :P

You wait two weeks to see your favourite guys perform then on the day they do the fog comes down and there's no tv pictures, humph!

I know mate. Was really looking forwaed to today and we got the last 100m

Nibali looks like he has it nailed on now and perhaps just a fight for podiums now

To be honest Rascal with this weather, and the way these bugs are flying around the peleton, I don't think anyone will feel nailed on for anything at the moment. You're right Nibali looks in cruise control but the chance of illness or a bad crash is so high that anything could still happen.

On the plus side at least Cav's chances of winning the points jersey are greatly improved with the changes to the stages today and tomorrow.

Should be a decent stage in Cali tonight. I must admit though, having never been there, I've been bitterly disappointed with what's been on offer scenery wise. If they're trying to make the place look appealing they're not doing a very good job.

Yep, Nibali's now; in fact he's so unconcerned he gave the nod today that he was happy not to contest the finish. I too hope Evans doesnt win - partly cos at his age, after the downward and entirely to be expected trend in his form over the last 2 years I'm not quite sure where his, er, 'form' has come from.

Was looking forward to an epic 11.30-4.30 special on Eurosport, the original listing, taking in the Col tomoz but it looks like all change since they're not on air till 1.30 as normal.

Don't think there's much danger of Froome not being skys top man at the Tour; he deserves it, and his form is way ahead of wiggins & has been all season. How about wiggo regrouping & having a crack at the vuelta instead?

Edit.
Sunday stage goes ahead as planned but with a slightly lower finish on Col.
Also, I see E Boasson Hagen wins in Norway today & takes lead - sky team for tour gonna be
formidable.
