Me too. I'll never forgive her for relocating all those homeless lesbians to Greenham Common, the woman.

TBf, she only seemed to relocate the ugly ones and at least it meant they were all in one place.

She made them into a ghetto. No wonder people don't integrate (just kidding Damo)

labour blasted all the cash like it was confetti. Conservatives just walk out of or into an easy city job earning sickening amounts.
Most never really see real life.

tl;dr both as bad as each other really.

They say they horror of remoulding the fabric and structure of society would be to much of a cost to humanity to fix it's ill's as they are.
Personally i would love to see a V for Vendetta style right royal rumble.
Keep the coffers feeding the nhs and schools etc until we can suss out a basic tax system and divi the cash out or something.

I am just sick of being in this society as it is, i feel trapped and ignored by those who should listen.
This is why i do my own thing and accept common law, do not steal, do not kill etc etc. The rest i will ignore as best i bloody well can.
Put it this way if i went to court for weed, if they looked for contrition they would not get a single bit from me. They would earn my disgust and contempt and i would make it damn well known to !

mp's and the courts are a fucking mess and i just can't see it improving on any level, it depresses me.
Half our laws were brought in with not even asking us, the fuckers who would be under them !
Fuck them and the horse they rode in on, i hate the entire lot of them. Not all because they are self serving tossers.
Because they jump on the train and follow like sheep anyone stepping out of line gets shut up quick. This can't be good for democracy.

It would seem on the face of it,after an excellent Budget from George giving the great unwashed nothing to cry about, the pariahs of the country are clutching at anything to cling to in the forlorn hope that the electorate would be stupid enough to give red ed a mandate in May.
Not going to happen
Just deal with it

Oh God bless Mrs Thatcher. Allowing the Hoypoloi to own their own piece of crumbling, prefab heaven so they can feel better about themselves!

She knew exactly what she was doing, if she didn't then RTB would still be active now. She got rid of crumbling housing stock, got them repaired, got a lot of traditionally debt free people in hock to the banks, diminished and ultimately didn't replace the social housing stock and caused at least two housing bubbles, misdirected the economy, moved public money into private hands via housing benefit payments to thieving landlords, facilitated a rise in nasty right wing myths leading to the poor resenting the even poorer and ultimately she planted the seed for the social cleansing that has started in London and will eventually spread.

Well said, mate

these people have a right not to be bullied out of their properties. ad have embarrassed the greedy shitbags into at least one judicial review , a public U -turn and a victory for families who have been settled a community and a neighbourhood for decades and rely on their streams of social capital, where are less able to just 'up sticks' from their social and economic support networks than those with greater levels of
economic and social capital..

LOL nobody is telling those living in social housing what to do. I love it when socialists get wound up and paint an inaccurate picture of what's going on. The rich aren't a group, they are individuals with money. It's a childish analogy of baddies and goodies.

Like it or not council's budgets have been chopped and decisions need to be made to accommodate these changes to expenditure. Socialism doesn't generate income for t
he government without increased taxation. So to make sure taxes remain as they are and keep them down the government has decided to sell off the land to raise income. Fact, the area will probably prosper from millionaires moving in and spending their money (if they choose to actually live in the building).

Like it or not but London is our economic power house.
You really are coming across as an odious poster. I'm sure your a good person but ffs you basically just said its a good thing because the area millionaires live in will prosper because they are there. What about the areas where they are not? who gives a fuck eh as long as your "prestige" areas flurish.
No no. It's you coming across as a nob.
lol. what insight. All you seem to do these days is hurl abuse at other posters yet no mod ever seems to do owt.

Did Labour kick off a fuss when rental housing benefits for the private housing sector were capped?

You mean the LHA? Who do you think brought it in? It gave choice in a sector where tenants only have 2 months' protection anyway so not in the slightest way comparable to lifetime tenancies in social housing.

They were 'capped' before that anyway were they not?
