Because clearly there was a conversation between the ref and the linesman as to whether Bernado was a) offside and b) impeding the goalkeeper. But that is what VAR is for and on seeing the replay the referee rightly reversed his on field decision.My worry was why did it take the linesman so long to put the flag up,someone talking to him from off the pitch ???? mmmm
