MOTD2 have called it right,

Watching the goal in real time and honestly, nobody see's anything wrong apart from the Tit in the VAR box!

Almost. It only got ruled out because the linesman flagged for offside as he and the referee were trying to work out where Bernardo was, I think at a corner that's forgiveable with so much going on.

It was actually VAR who said you might want to watch it again.

I think the referee thought Silva was closer to Sa than he was.

It was the other way around. The linesman put up a flag and the goal was disallowed. VAR intervened and the referee had a look and then allowed the goal.
After 25 seconds, when the 4th official told Kavanagh that O’Neill had gone mad at him having watched it back in an iPad.

Where was all of this scrutiny and nonsense from BBC United - Mediacity when Ederson was blocked and fouled before Arsenal scored from their corner?

Replays of the incident also showed Silva backing in and nudging his Portugal international team-mate Sa as the corner came in.

The goal was initially ruled out for offside, but a player cannot be offside from a corner.

By the time Stones connected with the ball, Silva had moved away from Sa and deemed not to be impacting the keeper's vision or ability to get to the ball.

It could, however, be argued Silva should have been penalised for a foul on the goalkeeper.
