and morally speaking?
You're talking about morality on a thread discussing the cockroaches of the press consistently, constantly and undeservedly taking the piss out of Manchester City on the platform of Rag Arse Licking TV?
YCNMIU

And here I thought it was for discussing the topics brought up on Sunday Supplement? Didn't see that it was actually titled "thread for big babies with victim complexes" My mistake
you've lost the argument when you attack the poster

you brought up 'morality', i pointed out the irony in this in a thread dedicated to journos, not the most moral of society these days, pray tell where the 'victim complex' comes in?
you seem to have lost sight of who owns Frank Lampard
you'll go far

Exeter Blue I am here said:
Full complement of rag c*nts today: Bates, Richardson, Barclay. Some hilarious stuff already. On the subject of diving......

Richardson: Bobby Robson told Laurent Robert, don't do that (dive) again, or you won't play for this club.
Barclay [straightfaced] Yeh, Ferguson was like that at Old Trafford. You didn't see a lot of diving there.

Erm, erm, Ronaldo, Rooney, Nani, Young, etc etc.......

Re: Sunday Supplement 14/15 Thread

I'd love to know the elixir these reporters get from the rag media dept at times.

What amazed me was when Paddy Barkley stated that the rags had brought players through and then sold them on thus paying for their youth system! Fucking hell City have never done that over the past 30 odd years! What about Stevie Ireland, Daniel Sturridge and before that the likes of Peter Barnes Gary Owen. Unbelievable! Hey, but never let the truth get in the way of a good story.

And of course, SWP, whom we sold for £21 million, thereby paying for our Academy for years to come.

Not all journos are cockroaches out to get City. A couple of these 'cockroaches' even talked about City potentially winning the CL, stuck up for us on FFP and just didn't say anything anti-city. Barklay is anti-City with his rentboy bias but even if what he says about Lampard is full of bitterness it doesn't mean that there isn't a valid point in there.

When you're relatively new to a forum which has a large volume of posters, it's generally not a great idea to insult much of the entire userbase. It does little to ingratiate you to people.

And yes, Manchester City can demand Lampard stays here instead of at New York. New York is owned by Manchester City thus can run its business in whichever way it chooses. You also have the right as a fan of NYCFC to voice your displeasure to the board and vote with your feet and not support the club.

I'm ElanJo (lost access to my email) , I know BMers can take it.

We can do it, yes, but should we? Not in my opinion. It's a pisstake out of NYC and makes us look bad as a result.

and i didn't say all of the press are cockroaches either, but those on today are
therefore it devalues anything they have to say, and i certainly take it with a pinch of salt
Lampard's parent employer is CFG therefore the have the moral right to decide where he plays, not some failed hack who lost both his previous jobs

The City Football Group will make the decision that is best for the group, not necessarily Manchester City. I can't see that pissing off a large portion of supporters and potential supporters before the first game would be good for the group.

He's been used as the face of the club and to sell tickets. To have him not turn out for the first games of the clubs history would set the club back years. Particularly when the only reason that would happen is that NYCFC is considered less important to the CFG than another club.

For me, an extension until the end of their Manchester training camp is a decent compromise.
