It's a sorry state of affairs that the breakaway clubs will still be getting their collective arses licked from the other clubs, yet they still all want to stop little old City. TH what do you think will happen over this latest attack. It seems to me every season they just want to give us as much shit even if it is only to hamstring us so our energy is else where. Think people need to realize this isn’t a ‘new attack’ it’s the same investigation that was opened in 2018 along with the UEFA one, the fact it’s been allowed to drag out this long shows the PL apathy towards it imo, something they clearly don’t want to deal with considering the CAS verdict and fall out last year.

Clearly they asked for all documentation relating to the case in August 2019 before the CAS case which City objected to (to my knowledge City provided this to CAS and it was used to prove no wrong going, we did NOT provide it to UEFA for obvious reasons, these obviously include sensitive third party info) the courts have ordered we are to provide this information to the PL which I’m sure we have now. This whole court appeal was about keeping matters private & out of the public view.

Given UK law on limitations (6 Yrs) and the fact the alleged offenses fell out of the PL’s FFP regulations even starting, I’m intrigued as to where this can realistically go. If we are found ‘guilty’ & accused of falsifying accounts, it will be a high bar to prove legally as stated by Stefan.
