Anyone favouring this super league, founded and ran by the likes of Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal, Real, Barca and Juve… over UEFA… isn’t thinking straight.

Our best chance of not being cheated is by UEFA remaining top dog and City becoming an ally to them.
Possibly true and maybe one of the reason why we were a big scepting about it.

I think the Cartel Clubs have more Problem with PSG. If u look at our Wage Bill and spending , were healthy and are playing to the current Rules. United spent more then us and have a higher Wage Bill. Barca and Real also have higher Wage bills then us

They want us gone and gone for good, they’ve spent the last decade trying it.

Our spending is overrated but that doesn’t mean they don’t want rid of us, our spending, structure and manager is why we’re successful. Only one of those will change.

We are too big now, they kinda accepted us.

Watzke ( Dortmund CEO ) : The Super League is not off the Table. If we and Bayern would have agreed back then , Super League would have already happend due the strength of German Market . The biggest Mistake is to underestimate Perez, he learns from his mistakes. A Closed shop won't happen now

It seems like this is inevitable this or next year.

If it’s comes back be interesting how they going to get around it not being a closed shop.

Its also interesting how the German league think they're so important.

Without Prem sides it's not going to happen.
There was plenty of demand from PL sides last time that is not the issue. The issue was PSG and BM not joining which caused Chelsea to bottle it and everyone else followed.

I seem to remember we pulled out first but history was re-written.

Demand from 3 Prem sides and another 2/3/4 following which is what would be needed is a different story.

Chelsea announced they were leaving first but then City claimed to have actually left hours after. It was PR.

What was re-written was Khaldoon Al Mubarak claiming to 'own' the mistake a month or so after, when the Soriano had sent the apology email with no mention of Khaldoon shortly after the events.

How are UEFA going to win the Court Case in April against the Super League ?

Has anybody thought about ?

Like even how bad and aweful the Super League was, UEFA threatened them with fines and bans and forced other Clubs to sign documents. Also they wanted to ban Super League Players from their competition.

That's a Monopoly , it's like Google forbidding other company's to build smartphones or they wont let them use Android Software for them.

U don't need even good lawyers , they can't win. UEFA is actually screwed
Spot on. As much as the vast majority of us fans of the 6 English clubs involved were against the idea, the uncomfortable truth is that I don't think what the clubs were proposing to do was in any way illegal. In terms of destroying the traditions that fans thrive on plus making it effectively a closed shop, it was a complete and utter shit show and like many others I absolutely hated the fucking idea, but it wasn't breaking any laws as far as I know.

Now if a new proposal comes about that isn't a closed shop, preserves the integrity of the domestic leagues, and is actually fairer and less weighted towards the so-called elite clubs than the UEFA competitions then I can see it getting off the ground and UEFA will be toast.
