I feel UEFA and the PL have to be strong on this matter and cut their nose off to spite their face for the long term benefits.

As a business economic decision, it is crazy to expel the clubs who bring in a vast majority of your finance. You would weaken your competition and ultimately become second rate.

However, the ESL will start off at 10 games, then expand to 18 then 24 until eventually you have a fully fledge 38 game competition.

So the PL and CL have a huge decision to make as if they do allow it on a hybrid model the ESL will take over naturally.

Expel them now, get the vast majority of people on your side with your decisions and there’s a chance the ESL falls flat on its face and they all come crawling back.

They cannot allow them to build a brand and history otherwise it’s game over.

The problem with UEFA is that they are corrupted as fuck and now Tebas is on the board aswell

I don't think we really wanted it (we're doing fine without it) and I don't imagine we expect to be fully part of the clique but as you say, we probably didn't have much choice.
