It would be great for Celtic and Rangers, although neither of you are good enough to battle it out at the top at the moment, eventually you probably would be and that's the issue. The bottom half sides wouldn't vote for it because it's another 2 clubs finishing above them and the United, Liverpool, Spurs (teams battling for top 4) wouldn't vote for it because down the line it would be more competition for the European Spots.

Joining a Scandanavian league or even the Netherlands-Belgium merger might be better for Scotland.
