Win our game in hand Arsenal draw with Liverpool we then beat them and go top of the league easy as that
We could go into the game against them 11 points behind with 2 games in hand and a win would take us 8 points behind them. Even if they draw at Anfield we could only go into that game against them 9 points behind them with 2 games in hand and a win would take us 6 points behind them.

We’re going to have two games in hand on them when we play them because we don’t play West Ham until 3rd May and will also need will need to find a date for the game against Leicester later in the season which is rearranged from the FA Cup semi the weekend before we play Arsenal.

It’s got to the point for me where if arsenal win next week at anfield then I just go fair play it’s probably your year. We can’t win it every year and the fact we are still challenging after winning 4 of the last 5 is just incredible.
That would only be Game 30 though, that’s only the first proper week of the title run-in. Lots of things can happen in the eight games (24 points) after that.

It's the Brighton (A) game that hasn't been scheduled yet. Likely to be the final mid-week of the league season, which is going to be a brutal week. Chelsea (H), Brighton (A), Brentford (A).

Agreed, plenty still to play for. Statistical models have us both dropping a combined 18 points (11 for Arsenal, 7 for City) with 57 points (27 for Arsenal, 30 for City) to play for.

Arsenal will beat Liverpool. Liverpool are abysmal and Klipperty has lost the plot. Can’t see who is going to take points off Arsenal. Apart from us that is. Shame we spunked away stupid points against Everton and Brentford.

Villa away and Forest away n’all. That’s 9 points dropped from games we should have won.

Whilst not good for people with a nervous disposition or high blood pressure, the chase is fun and we come out on top more often than not.

Let’s see what happens in the league. Sadly, for me, I can’t see us doing it this time around. However, what’s certain is we are playing some brilliant football at the moment and it’s a pleasure to watch us. Let’s hope that form continues and we win the FA Cup against the Rags (how sweet will that be to beat them fuckers - probably the greatest ever City victory) although I hope it’s Brighton. But then the week after to win the European Cup will be the stuff of dreams. What a fortnight we could have lined up at the end of the season. You never know we might just win the league as well. OMG it’s dreamland stuff Blues. COME IN CITY!!!

Not at home they’re not abysmal, of course you can’t see where they’ll drop points anymore than we could see where we would drop points. They will drop points and hopefully it’s 2 more than we do if we beat them.
How any City fan can be giving up so meekly what could quite easily be only a point 2 point deficit after what we have seen in the last 10 years is beyond me.

What’s this, Liverpool aren’t abysmal at Anfield that’s for sure, and saying this doesn’t give City credit for yesterday, can certainly see Arsenal dropping points there and at St James Park.
