How many points to win the league?

A nice coincidence of me being there at the same time the ticket was unattended by chance.

And, no, I wouldn’t admit I’d found it and it wasn’t mine haha
No that’s luck! :-). Citymad is correct.

Luck is a random occurrence that operates either for or against us. Coincidence is a random occurrence that brings two or more related incidents together.

The man and the winning lottery ticket are not related unless the lost ticket belongs to him in which case him finding it is a coincidence.

In mathematics luck = random chance which cannot be controlled.

However if you deny the word and it’s usages exist then I accept you believe that and that is subjective ;-)

Is this the five minute argument as I paid for ten. Great sketch.

We also had to come back from behind or “barely scrape by” to beat QPR, Aston Villa, Brighton, and Inter to win the league, league, league, and champions league.

Are those games signs those teams were bad?
Wait.... Where the fuck have I said our team are bad?

I said we played shit and we did. Don't twist my words into saying I'm saying this team is bad.

Pep will know the performances are not up to our usual standards even if we got the results. I trust him to fix it on the pitch or in the transfer market.
You can tell because in every game this season he’s been doing his nut on the touchline at everyone, not quite to the extent he was after the World Cup in the treble season but he’s been very ‘active’.

Always funny when Lillo is sat on the bench pissing himself at Pep!

It means nothing of the sort! Every top team will lose games as the season progresses, spitty is just adding hype and trying to be clever, it's still very early in the season and there is a hell of a lot of football to be played
Agree. This is just as silly as writing off a title challenge in October (unless you're United of course).

Champions Again Ole Ole probably

Two flawed teams on show today, Arsenal are the more serious contenders

Chelsea could mount a charge if they gain some consistency

But we've nothing to fear if we can get anywhere near our top level

Still not been impressed with any team a quarter into the season.

We’re top and we’ve looked just ‘okay’.
Liverpool haven’t been good in the last few weeks.
Arsenal were at home today and had eleven men all game but played like they were away and had gone down to ten men.

Too much football? Too many’s injuries?

The gap between the quality of the top sides and the rest of the pack hasn’t been this close since Leicester won the league.

A draw was the perfect result for us today. Arsenal looked dangerous when they attacked in numbers, but seemed more concerned about not losing, than going all out for the win.

Liverpool edged possession, but again looked cautious about committing too many forward & being caught on the counter.

Injuries have decimated Arsenal & City, but unless the players take action about the amount of games they're expected to play with a 25-man squad, we can expect many more matches where teams are in game management mode & trying not to lose, as they plot to stay in the hunt for honours until the latter stages of the season.

Too many matches & off-field legal battles are slowly strangling the game. As opposed to a slug-fest of yesteryear, today was a chess game where both managers seemed happy with a point. No wonder the fans were muted at the end & a few boos rang out.

I think us and Arsenal will be saying they have another gear to go up. Not sure if Liverpool do. Doesn't look to be a vintage season for anyone.
