At least if Dortmund end up in it there may be more interest and a final between spurs and Dortmund might be watchable.

Tottenham are completely "meh" at the moment, always just doing enough.

Am I missing something, or do you mean the ones that FAILED to qualify for the competition proper, meaning they are not FROM the Champions League?
