I heard that its going to be a stadium share with a London-based NFL franchise. It will have a pitch that slides in and out the stadium to accommodate the difference in the pitch sizes for Spurs and the NFL team.

Big game tomorrow, We need to win as Liverpool, United and Arsenal all won.

One of AVB's few transfer mistakes, A true Spurs legend.
Legend? Are you serious? Nicholson, Chivers, Perryman, England etc etc; those are legends. VdV was at Spurs for 2 years; hardly ''legend'' status, is it?

I do believe you have taken the bait.

Seems it's quite telling that your manager just gave a press conference saying that your atmosphere was poor, that coupled with you 4 one nil wins does that mean you are now the Arsenal in disguise ?

If MJepsenJepsen is who most of us on here suspect he might be, then he will seriously believe that VDV is indeed a legend.

Time to take stock, I feel.

Spurs have equaled their best start to a Premier League season, set in 2009-10.

We're two points ahead of our points total after 9 matches last season.

We're five points better-off than the identical fixtures played last season.

We have kept 12 clean sheets in the 15 matches played in all competitions.

We've scored 28 goals and only conceded 5.

We're fourth in the Premier League Table, 3 points clear of Manchester City and six points ahead of Manchester United.

And André Villas-Boas has the best statistical record of any Tottenham Hotspur manager since the club was founded in 1882.

We might not be playing the most attractive football at the moment but we're getting the results.

It's even more impressive when you look at how many new players have been brought in. Still I think you lack a bit of flair upfront, though this is the sort of thing which develops more when the team gels.

Yes, I take your point about the seven new Summer signings.

But even Vlad Chiriches, who most Spurs fans would regard as no more than our fourth-choice central defender, has come into the team and played five full matches without conceding a goal.

We've now got Adebayor back in the mix, so that should shake things up a bit - I'm not a fan of having two fairly small strikers on the pitch together.

Very poor performance today. We didn't really look like scoring until the penalty, this is becoming a regular occurrence. I've only been impressed with Villa away and Norwich at home yet we're still right up in the mix. Hull could have easily done a West Ham on us.

We see lots and lots of the ball yet don't create enough chances for Soldado. It's as if we play in first gear all the time. It was only when we went 1 up that we let the shackles off and started to run at them more.

Sandro had one of his poorest games for us, Lennon coming straight back into the team over Siggy was a question mark. Surely Lamela could have played today? Only Townsend seemed to try and create stuff.

I think it might be time to bring Adebayor into the mix. If he can show some of the form he did last season towards the end then it brings others into play, Soldado might even benefit.

The funniest thing is with all the complaining I have just done, if we had won against West Ham we'd be joint top. I can't wrap my head around it all.

Everton away next, really difficult game. I bet Peenarse plays a blinder along with Lukaku. Dawson will really have to be on top of his game
