they've been on here telling us vertonghen better than kompany, soldado better than negredo!!!

£100million for that!

Don't forget Paulinho better than Fernandinho and AVB a tactical genius.

Has Steffi not been on yet ?

I'm guessing the Tel Aviv tosspot will be eating humble pie charts.

He posted on glory glory at half time so he'll be lurking about somewhere.

I feel sorry for AVB, because Levy is a not a good chairman and the director of football has wasted the money the club has, not AVB. It's hard to gel so many new players, but they should have had more organisation today and not capitulated like they did. Solado not suited to being a loan striker and Holtby not really good enough.
you feel sorry for a football manager that had a talented squad which had a 100m cash injection over the summer? he has one the best squads in the prem, its avb's fault that they have scored 9 goals all season not levys.
Partly AVB's but he did not get to choose where the 80 million was spent. He had players bought for him without any plan in how they would fit in together. A lot of the players all played in the same position. For instance Dembele, Capoue, Sandro and Paulinho are all similar players. There is no reason to spend so much money on them. Nothing was spent on the defence and and a striker unsuited to the loan role was bought. Worse still they were all signed near the end of the window with no chance to bed in.

Capoue,Sandro and Paulinho will dominate Citys midfield. If Pellegrini goes 4-4-2, It will complete domination.

Looking forward to the 24th.

Toure will take the 3 of them, chew them up and spit them out. They'll be begging for their mothers by half time. They'll be pleading with AVB not to go back out and their post match meal will need to be spoon fed to them.

We will see, The midfield battle will decide the game.

To be fair, Spurs controlled the game before the first goal.

They controlled possession and left us to try and hit them on the break but we still created more chances. We as much as anyone should know it's all well and good having the ball but if you don't do anything with it you won't win the game.

If Spurs do their usual capitulation to the Rags next week can we rule them out of the title running? I personally had them down for being in the mix throughout then possibly falling a few results short come May.

I realise some will have already done so but it's a big call so early in the season and with the squad they have.

And I thought they pad 26 million for him.

Is this some kind of new slang word for wasted?

Spurs were Shambolic at the back. I can't see them getting anywhere near top 4 this season.

Rags will get their usual win there next week and they will always have shit home results in them. Be amazed if Spurs get more than 65 points. Liverpool will finish above them but still out of top 4.

Top 4 will be us, Chelsea, Arsenal and Rags. Don't know in what order though.
