The Waiting List

Signed up this morning and am 3657 so from Tuesday (3500) that's not bad going
Thanks for the information.

I wonder when City submit the planning application? I assume it's at that stage that they decide whether to extend the one stand or two. I hope we go for two at the same time, but maybe they plan on selling one out before committing on extending the second. Who knows? Perhaps the most sensible approach would be to gauge overall numbers and feedback from the sales staff when they need to make a decision. I'd go for both stands, as 3,657 is a pretty decent chunk of one stand, and there's still 2 years to go yet. There will be some existing seasoncard holders who give up for whatever reason though, and that will have to be taken into account. City will have an idea of the "attrition rate"

I'm wondering why they haven't asked current season ticket holders yet how many will want to move to new areas yet.

Surely they are doing this to gauge numbers to make a decision on whether to do both ends at once or just build one.

They need to ask current ticket holders to sign up for it also at some point soon I would have thought?

Still thinking about whether to sign up for this, being as I'm now living in not-so-sunny Salamanca, Spain (where it's freezing cold and hailing at the moment).

If I get one, I'd have to leave it with a mate or one of you lot to use (very very cheap, of course) and then use it for myself whenever I get over for a game.

Any thoughts, guys?

From what I was told they will apply for permission for both ends , whether they have decided if they are doing both or not.
I'm fairly confident that they will build both, but thats just a gut feeling on my part. If they do one and it's sold out straight away then we go through all this and more relocation again.

Just done mine and my dads. 3797 and 3798. It's on general sale now.

-- Sat Nov 16, 2013 5:03 pm --

Just done mine and my dads. 3797 and 3798. It's on general sale now.

Season ticket holder and had three calls this week to see if I want to sign up any friends or family so I guess you can expect a call anytime soon.

So add to this the displaced from Level Two, and assuming they don't just have a huff and flounce off into the sunset, that will be South Stand extension full. 61000 here we come

Presuming they can fill level 2.

How much is it to go on the waiting list?

£100 which u can choose to pay upfront or £25 a month for 4 months.

Fucking outrageous.

I am on the ValueGold card as I live 230 miles from the ground so transport alone is very costly to the game. Once this deal expires I have no doubt I will be able to pick up a season card very easily once the capacity is increased so holding onto my £100 at the minute

They are moving further and further away from the fans at an alarming rate.

The thing is we are one of the lesser offenders, football is ridiculously overpriced and the only ones who seem to benefit are the players if you look at the finances of the majority of clubs.

Or maybe the club are just trying to guarantee that they will sell most of the extra season tickets before expanding the ground.
