I have noticed that being an increasing trend across the board in the last year or so, so it isnt just one rule for them. How can that happen? What part of our justice system allows a crime like this to go unpunished by way of a lack of custodial sentencing when the vast majority of the public would demand it if asked and imo, the vast majority of the public would receive if they commited a similar offence.
It's hard to say their isn't one rule for them and one for the rest at times like this.

Are you suggesting an ex-MP might have sufficient friends in high places to allow him to get away with a story about the images being part of his research into the problem?Possibly and of course we don't hear of every case for the common man whilst high profile make the news but how can having Cat A images not be a custodial sentence which in Joyce case, it was.
