Bullseye was an institution at our house growing up. We’d watch it every Sunday.

Sadly, co-host Tony Green has died. RIP.

He lives on with Jim on Challenge tv's repeats of Bullseye.

Wikipedia (I know) only says he was born in Hull but, for me, that wasn’t a Hull accent at all.

Obviously he died a week or so ago but watching the Hairy Bikers episode on BBC2 tonight is a genuine tough watch. So many little comments and now poignant asides in their conversations and pieces to camera.

Completely agree.
Lived in Hull for 3 years and the accent is very distinct and Tony didn't (to me, at least) have one...
