I remember her role in Looking for Mr Dunbar was quite shocking when I watched it as a teenager. I still remember how I felt about it now and have never watched it again since. Based on a true story which made it even more poignant!Diane Keaton RIP

I think the film you are thinking of is actually -I remember her role in Looking for Mr Dunbar was quite shocking when I watched it as a teenager. I still remember how I felt about it now and have never watched it again since. Based on a true story which made it even more poignant!

The Godfather trilogy, yeah? She was a pivotal figure in those films. Particularly the third one, which wasn't a great film.Great actress and an important part of the cast of the greatest movies ever made.
Annie Hall, timeless.I was in large part attracted to my wife because she looks like Diane Keaton. I loved her work. Annie Hall remains one of my very favo(u)rite films, as does Sleeper and of course The Godfathers (which I thought underused her) but she was in so many others that were great. Very very sad. RIP to a beautiful, talented woman.
Sleeper
Did you ever realize that "God" spelled backwards is "Dog"?Sleeper
So sad to hear about wonderful Diane.Brilliant Actress R.I.P Diane
Her and Woody were such a wonderful combination !Very sad to hear Diane Keaton has died.
One of my favourites.
Loved her in Annie Hall, Play it again Sam, Sleeper and Love & Death.
Great actress, what an utterly shit year this is for losing people.
I & II are for me the greatest movies ever made. Not necessarily my favourite movies although they are right up there on that score too; part of the group that I can still rewatch despite having seen them many times. The Godfather trilogy, yeah? One of the very few instances where the sequel was better than the original. And the original was stunning. I just loved how, in the sequel, they integrated Vito's early life after leaving sicily for New York, and how his empire grew.I & II are for me the greatest movies ever made.
