"What are they doing for the youth?" Which particular youth would that be? Why not say the more accurate 'young people'?

Pop over to Spain/France/Germany etc without the correct paperwork and see if you can legally apply for a job.

I’m sure there are places abroad where you can rock up without said paperwork but they wouldn’t exactly be most folks first port of call..

The point is you have to jump through hoops now to be allowed in unlike pre 2016.
Each country can knock you back without given reason regardless.
It’s not impossible to work abroad, just a lot more difficult than it was.
