I did hear a while back that after us moving to secure Navas Txiki and Ferran were flying directly to Barca to enquire about Thiago

I don't think we're him for him due to not being able to offer him real game time, unless people are thinking him as an alternative to Samir.
Besides I reckon he'll stay at Barca, at least until they given him a new contract with a bigger buy out clause.

Apparently Barcelona want Rooney to go the other way + 12 million. If that is the case then Villa is surely on his way out and the rags are down a striker.

Why would Barcelona want Rooney, do they need someone to sell the half time chicken balti paellas?
