Things in films I just don't get

Why in American films do they alway put the country after the city ?? say a spy goes abroad and you need to know where he/she is..

Paris-France

London-England

Rome-Italy

Where else would these cities be ffs..

Paris-Texas
Lonon-Canada
Rome- New York or Georgia (USA)

We should never underestimate the need for American audiences to have anything/everything explained. :-)

I don't get <a class="postlink" href="http://www.imdb.co.uk/title/tt0141926/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.imdb.co.uk/title/tt0141926/</a> it is as historically inaccurate as can be.
It shows the germans as nasty baddies and the yanks as saviour heroes.

They find the enigma encoding machine and win the day.

Why are films like that allowed ? fuck of americana hollywood cringe worthy shitness.

Or how they sip a coffee and their lips are bone dry, what's wrong with having an actual brew instead of an empty cup ? fuck off.
It ruins the continuity and realism for me, such a simple thing.
this is why my grandad doesnt watch war movies, says he hates the bias of the americans.

Nobody ever locks their car after getting out!!
And there's always a free parking space right outside where they're going into; no 5 or 10 minute walk needed.
And despite the fact they only work 5 minutes a week in a coffee shop they drive flash new cars and live in $10,000 a month houses

I've go a good one.

Car chases, when the bad guy pulls along side the good guy and starts bashing away with his car, why doesn't the good guy just slam on his breaks and get behind the bad guy and ram him off the road, easy!

And how do these guys last so long, 2 mins and I've finished and that includes wiping my knob on her curtains.

In real life do yanks just put the phone down without saying bye like they always do in the movies?
