How strange !!
In watching the Blues for 47 years I have NEVER heard of one complaint from any of our Players ref fans leaving early.
Its a myth that they are dis-heartened,otherwise we`d have heard someone complain.

Well ive only watched them for 45 years , so you must so much more fucking knowledgeable than me , simple fact , how can the team be encouraged to get an equaliser when the stadium is half full ,surely a packed stadium makes more noise ,and is more intimidating for the opposition Do you really think any player would complain about the supporters , they would get shit from those supporters for the rest of the season . You can just imagine a player saying" i was very disappointed with the crowd leaving early" world war 3 commences at the etihad. The only "strange" part of my comment is the fact i have to explain the bleeding obvious

But I bet you supported Roy Keane, with his quip about "the prawn buttie brigade" He didn`t give a fuck if he upset some Rag fans.
As I stated,I have NEVER heard of a whinge from a City player about fans leaving early.
In fairness some of our fucking players seemed to have left early last night !!!
Even with a half packed stadium it didn`t appear to do the players any harm as we scored in the 93rd minute, which just shoots your theory way into the sky.

well i am obviously wasting my fucking time and 45 years of my life supporting city , according to your "strange"theory that the fewer people in the stadium the more succesful the team will be , we may as well hand the premiership to Wigan Athletic now , they play in front of a half full stadium every week. So,i shall reiterate , no city player will criticise the supporters , for fear of a backlash , and as for Keane being a hero of yours , now that is "strange" , so your theory is not only blown out of the water , it never even sailed in the first place.

Boring boring topic.....

We are going to have an empty stadium soon if fans are going to keep having a go at
tourist supporters
people who leave early
people who arrive late
people who come back from the bar 5 minutes late at half-time
out of town supporters
kids
etc. etc.
I occasionally wonder what the proportion of the crowd post on bluemoon.

I was there for the goal and was there for dickovs equaliser but I've left early plenty of times.

Some of you don't realise that well- rounded people have more in their life than Manchester city.

It matters nothing. The players aren't even aware of it as they are concentrating on the game. With regards to the noise, the roar from 30000 people is indiscernible from the roar from 40000 people when you are playing intensely.

The drama on here os comical. The exact same thing happens at all grounds, especially those with access bottlenecks. If this was something the club wanted to address, and I don't believe for a second it is, then they should work out a system where all the roads around the ground aren't shut for half an hour after the final whistle.

If this was indeed the case, why would these people even bother with Manchester City in the first place if they were so "well-rounded"???

Its in black and white and plain english , you stated " a half packed stadium didnt appear to do any harm " therefore no supporters would be a distinct advantage , maybe dead brain cells are better than none at all

how often does this happen with us though? it is quite simple: a half empty stadium doesnt inspire as much enthusiasm for the players compared to a full stadium. i feel like a condescending prick saying that but it is very obvious that that is the case.

Dddeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrmmmmmmmmmmmm thicko !!
Tell me what the following games at home have in common !
Swansea,Everton,Villareal.
And dont lets forget,Spurs and Blackburn !!
Give in ??
We fucking scored in either the last minutes or in injury time.
So in conclusion, what the fuck does that tell you ?
No you`re not wasting your valuable 45 years in watching City.
Just wasting valuable space on this forum if you can`t read.

all the games you mentioned we were well in front apart form Everton , so as i originally stated,at 1-1 in a vital champs league game , the crowd matters ,But at 3-0 or 4-0 up ,and i can see why some supporters would want to leave , Youve been wasting your time on this forum for fucking years you fucking half-wit, now jog on

Yes things could get worse in the not to distant future for you.
