Bang on mate, I've only been saying it since Kiev
Upstanding Cityzens in Supporters Clubs shoul be exempt from these queues.

I think it's fairly clear this isn't being done to protect the integrity of the loyalty point system. It's all about control, and we shouldn't just sit back and accept it.
To add to this, and the increasing hurdles being put before us, they continue to merrily hand out tickets and wristbands on the Thomas Cook package mid-flight - it wouldn't surprise me to see TC travel banners on social media news feeds blatantly advertising "avoid the queues in the cold and the rain"
WTF they hand out City tickets regardless of who's who? Is that why there's always the same clusters of empty seats in the North stand? To add to this, and the increasing hurdles being put before us, they continue to merrily hand out tickets and wristbands on the Thomas Cook package mid-flight - it wouldn't surprise me to see TC travel banners on social media news feeds blatantly advertising "avoid the queues in the cold and the rain"
Didn't realise that was the case. Bit of a pisstake if true.

It's worse than that JimYes mate. We spoke to a few in Madrid who were gloating that they didn't have to shoot off from the city centre mid afternoon to get their tickets, which took about 2 hours there and back. They simply produced their ID on the plane apparently.
The alternative was worse as loads of blues thought that pitching up at the collection point circa 530/6pm would be a breeze.
