What a riot. Citizen members to apply at 2 o'clock. Number 780 in the queue on the phone and 7000 odd on line before it crashed. Then being told I was wasting my time as it took longer than expected to sort season ticket sales. Why not sell to citizen members with a 1000 points or more first instead of opening it up to anyone with citizen membership. New manageress in ticket office should piss of back to arsenal. It started badly with no cards sent out at the start of the season and hasn't got any better.

I'm puzzled, why is it the ticket office's fault if the server goes awol? Why is it the ticket office rather than the IT experts? Just curious, I know that some people like to blame the ticket office for everything but really?

bloody hell was trying on line for 70 mins for my seat, decided to do quick seats put south stand 3rd tier and got a seat in front on mine it took 2 mins so if your not fussed where u sat do quick seats and go for stand you are sat in
