Seems there's a growing breed of posters who don't actually read what has been posted, but simply look at the username next to the post and reply based on that.

I'd go along with that, this thread is a great example.

A decent discussion that has posters lobbing grenades into it without even reading the thread.

No-one is advocating getting rid of Bob, Billy started the thread based on saying we should be getting a couple in, it evolves into a discussion about managerial strengths, yet all hell breaks loose about it being a "cabal" meeting....
