25 today and i am on the coast not inland , the nights have been hot for a couple of weeks , i have given up trying to stay cool and asleep, watch telly instead

last night 2 fans and quilt cover only (as I need some kind of cover) and I was asleep in 10 minutes

It is too hot , several days and nights , my ceiling fan is non stop but i am sweaty , getting to the size of an african elephant is not helping . whole week and the weekend is going to be really hot
