How would you fix it?

I asked this very question as a topic and it got virtually nought as a response!

For me, the only feasible way of doing it without an OBVIOUS reboot is the much mooted 'Flashpoint' arc.

Not sure if his recent interviews are staged, genuine or complete nuts but he can certainly act.

How would you fix it?

Kill Superman off permanently, then use the origin movies to give a bit of depth and well, character, to the characters. MCU got everyone to like and understand the various characters before Avengers 1. They were then able to get stuck into the actual movie rather than telling us all about who they were. Also, humour isn't banned, Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy had plenty of unforced good dark humour.
