They had an argument where he told his boys to "get your things ready, we are leaving" she then went back in to the garage got a gun and then proceeded to go back in and whilst the husband and two sons were kneeling in front of her with her husband "pleading with her not to shoot" shot at him narrowly missing his head.

She could have left the house if she felt threatened through the front door, back door or even the master bedroom window but she chose to go into the garage, then come back out and not leave but shoot at her husband.

If there is to be a comparison at least make it fair and have both in prison.

Was she found guilty by a jury?
