Sound waves?
Waves carry energy, if you make a wave, any wave, with enough energy you can in theory cause an earthquake. You blast the wave at where two plates are merging, the wave causes slight vibrations then than releases the pressure of the plates and you get an earthwake. Now sound waves don't travel much, but what does?
Electromagnetic waves! What does HAARP do? It blast every high energy electromagnetic waves in to the ionospheric ( or something like that) . Question is what happens when haarp aims its antennas at the ground? I don't think HAARP did this, but it is not too far fetched as you and the other guy make it seem.
