The Liverpool game moving to the Thursday means FA Cup round 3 has to move to probably the Sunday, and if we make semi final of the League Cup, we would have to play in the 2nd game on the Wednesday.

Good point well made. Annoying to the extent that I’d much prefer a day out at the Cup on a Saturday.
Liverpool game on 3rd gives us an extra days rest for that though doesn’t it?

Being completely selfish.........moving the Dippers game from NYD to the 3rd is brilliant for me. I'm away over New Year & arrive back on the 2nd. Plus the Bournemouth game stays on the 1/12 - glad it's not moved to the Sunday as its our wedding anniversary so Mrs Bill is happy too. Lol.

The agenda is against Chelsea based on those fixtures, the time-span of their fixtures over Xmas/New Year is significantly less than both City and Liverpool, 25 and 44 hours respectively.
