Got to agree, series 2 was shit but after you get through that it starts getting good.

Dear Lord, it was second only to series 4 as the best of the lot. The worst series of The Wire was the 5th, and even that was light years ahead of just about anything else that's ever been on TV

Have to agree, season 2 for me is the best though, frank sobotka is second only to Omar as one of the shows greatest creations!
