Just started watching Teacup, which is according to reviews very similar to From, the kind of TV show where nothing happens for 98% of an episode and when something happens, it is more than enough to keeps you hooked up and waiting for another episode. Basically a TV version of how we play at the moment.

just watched the first 2 episodes of teacup.
scared the chuff out of me a couple of times.

Adolescence.......OK, but nowhere near the hype.
How it has started debates about the content (being so flimsy) is beyond belief, and highlights how 'sensitive' and 'offended' people have become.....if it was even remotely an issue, half the population, kids & adults alike, would currently be serving time for murder.
Does show what good promoting can do for a series or film though.
Some scenes were so bad and cringy it was embarrassing.

Finished watching it last night.
The good bits - incredible acting from Stephen Graham and the 13 year old boy. Gritty and real life like.
The bad bits - painfully slow. No context leading up to the murder and the ending was so incomplete.
I’m another who didn’t get the hype.

The Pitt on HBO has been phenomenal

I started out disliking this show as it wasn't any different than what's gone before.

However, it came into its own in the last 2 eps(?). I don't think it's done anything too different than what's gone on before (as the subject matter making it more interesting has been done before), but it does knit together very well, the frenetic energy that happens in the space for the major incident.

It's worth sticking with, takes a bit of a turn and gets a bit silly towards the last few episodes, but enjoyable bit of telly overall.

Watched the last episode last night. Its exactly as you say, enjoyable fluff. If the scouse accents get to anyone just imagine its an episode of:

We're enjoying A Thousand Blows it's eight episodes we're on episode 5. Another great performance from Stephen Graham with the bonus of no scouse accent.

Finished The Bondsman last night.
It's a bit shit to be honest but something to pass the time. They've left it open for another season, if it gets renewed that is.

1923 brilliant end to a very good series.
One small gripe but i will not spoil for others.
The last episode is basically a movie at just under 2 hours.
