You miss my point which was that this is what football fans talk about, not the general direction the club is heading in.
This is the problem on a forum. When things are typed or in black and white context is often ignored.
I can see you're offering 'Navas is shit' as a hypothetical. Something a fan might say and not your actual opinion.
Reading the last few pages it seems many are for some reason patting themselves on the back as some kind of super fan.
There are posts after posts saying those who hate or think Txiki is shit are clueless and don't know what they're talking about.
The odd thing is, I've gone back pages and pages and not one poster has said anything of the sort.
In the last 30 odd pages there literally isn't one post saying Txiki is shit or anything like. Yet 100's of posts saying anyone saying Txiki is shit is a clueless idiot.
Fans will read what they want to read, take what want to take from what you write. Your post and the response is a perfect example of this.
You can say Txiki is doing some fantastic work, be delighted with his signings, impressed with his commitment to the CFA but you're concerned with...
All fans will see is the last little bit. They will think you think he's doing a shit job and react as such. Even though you never actually said that.
Following this, other posters who've not even read your post will read a post by someone who's totally misrepresented your post and then offer their opinion.
It then snowballs.
You will be now known as the guy who thinks Navas and Bony are shit even though you didn't actually say it.
I'm known as the guy who thinks Txiki's shit, 100's will aim posts at me despite me saying countless times that he's largely doing a fantastic job.
It's a wonderful world.
