Well seeing we won the league again and two other cups he aint done too badly.But then again the haters apparently know better.These complaints haven't been this window they've been since about Christmas 2012.

There are two aspects to Txiki-hating:
1) Why the fuck didn't he just pay the fee they ask and get it done?
2) Why the fuck did he pay so much money for that player?
The 2 are of course incompatible, but don't let that stop them.

Try and understand that people can actually be really pleased with someone over most things but still have concerns over others and this is a great place to share those things.
This website is bizarre at times. The importance so many posters put on the media when it's not important in the slightest and the way some posters don't allow negative discussions. It's odd!
So Txiki get the stick for not having bought a CB and LB because of a poor line up in a pre seasons friendly against a top 4 side Then buys a CB and then gets stick Surely the arsenal game result could have been different with a better line up Devils advocate how about leaving Txiki alone and questioning the manger ? Surely Txiki is getting the players the manger wants ? Surely Pep can make the defence better just by being a better manager Same with midfield

For a club in our position it's easier to buy then it is to sell, especially when those players aren't needed by the club.
We're trying to prevent becoming a club that others can take advantage of and buy our players for as cheap as possible.....
we won't break even for the players we're selling as we valued them more at the time then we do now... for example there's rumours Bony will be moving to Everton for £15M, which is a fair evaluation of the players price at a club that doesn't need him, but I'll guarantee you that Everton will do all they can to knock £5-7M off that fee if they think they can get away with it, same rule applies for Mangala and Nasri if the rumours about them leaving are true.

1) We don't know what Everton asked for, we don't know what we wanted to pay, we don't know if there are add-ons and what they are, we don't know what Evertons' move was after we put in an offer, we don't know what we offered first, ...
2) When you buy a player the club will see it as an investment. Either it turns out to be a flop (bad investment) or a bargain (great investment). Whatever we pay now doesn't mean a lot.
