Ok get a defender and get Sanchez. Plenty of bargains out there at the time regarding defenders. Txiki made a mistake for me.In hindsight but at the time we needed a defender not sanchez

Fact is any transfer is risk,we needed to spend what money we had at the time on a defender,knashing your teeth now won't change that
How do you know Benatia would have come here? you can't just click your fingers and get who we want,i can't have a go at Txiki and mp for making decisions based on info at the timeRisks can be mitigated can they not? Sanchez for 32m and Benatia for 22m or Mangala and Bony.
Rollback to summer 2014 and ask any football fan who would they sign and I don't need hindsight to know the answer.
