Certainly Maffeo has proved that he can play more than a decent game.OK maybe Angelino is not as tested yet,but it didn`t stop Everton from playing three youngsters.

I feel like it would be easier to integrate youngsters in Evertons team than ours. If Davies made a mistake or went on a run, more often than not, Barry would be just behind him to clean up. Countless times our defenders were in 1v1 situations due to the wingers or the center mids not providing adequate support, you would really be hanging Maffeo or Angelino out to dry if you put them in our current setup.

As much as I`m a Pep fan,you appear to be backing him in NOT giving youth a chance,apart from the odd game.We can`t carry on like this,otherwise we might as well have kept MP,another one who hated giving youth the chance.Its not harmed Spurs either,but you keep looking for excuses to justify Peps poor substitutions yesterday.
