Where's my feckin post gone?
Hope you're right mate. Hope you're right. Some of the signings you may call genious in three years time. Football's a funny old game. Mangala,Oto,Sterling could all become big players in the future.

Oh...Genius? For spending £120 million on 3 players who may or may not come good?! We could have signed Alderweireld in the summer for £12 million and he's light years ahead of Mangala and Otamendi
I'm not sure you're getting my point. I know he doesn't coach the players, pick the team or choose the tactic but he is responsible for hiring the people that do.
He has basically decided to try and "get through" the past 18 months because we don't dare miss out on getting pep!
The club bang on about wanting to be the best, well the best are Bayern Munich/Barcelona/Real Madrid and do you really think they'd let themselves get into the state we have for the sake of hiring a manager on a 3 year contract 18 months down the line?
Can you ever imagine barca going you know what? peps contract is up at city in 3 years so we'll just stick with what we have and buy a load of squad fillers for 3 seasons so we can maybe get Pep back to rebuild the shower of shite we've amassed over these 3 years?
What's gone on this past 18 months has been a complete joke.
The world has actually gone fucking mad.
He's got an 82% win percentage at Bayern, the best in their history. The second best coach in their history has 62%.
He's won 6 league titles in 7 years.
He's got to the Champions League semi final 7 years on the bounce.
He built the best team in the history of football.
He actually won the game last night 2-1, creating over 30 chances.
Simeone said they are the best team he has ever faced as a player or manager.
They went out on away goals after missing a penalty and creating over 50 chances in 2 games against the best defensive side in Europe.
And you're suggesting he might be "Slightly less desirable than yesterday"!! Jesus fucking Christ, what do people want?!!
He's arguably the best coach in history already and he's forty fucking five years old! Unless he wins the treble every season he's considered a failure, it's absolutely absurd. He's judged by completely different criteria than every other manager in history.
To put it in perspective Fergurson, who is considered the greatest manager in history managed two Champions League wins in 26 years. Guardiola won 2 in his first 3 years.
Fergurson got to 7 Champions League semi finals in 26 years. Mourinho got to 7 Champions League semi finals in 14 years. Guardiola has got to 7 in 7.
If Guardiola is now "Slightly less desirable" because he didn't win the treble again this year, then who is "Slightly more desirable" than him? Show me a manager with a better record.
It's like saying Messi is slightly less desirable because he only got 70 goals last year instead of the 100 plus he got a few years back.
Guardiola is the best manager in the world by an absolute mile. We are extremely lucky to have him and the people who expect him to win every single game are living in a psychedelic dream world.
