"Typical City"

I was only a little kid and was doing the conga just before half time with a load of blokes in the North Stand. ‘Going up going up going uuuup’.
I remember all too well even at 15 years old and Ian Bishop was absolutely brilliant for the cherries that day and when we signed him in the summer for £750k I was chuffed to bits. Another game from that very season was when Roger Palmer scored a hat trick for Oldham when the dicked us 4.

Beat someone brilliant then lose to someone rubbish for me.

-Losing the last ever match at Maine Road
-Taken over by Thaksin Shinawatra whilst the authorities were after him

Anybody remember Bolton at home under Pearce (i think)
Dominated possession
Hit the woodwork numerous times
They got a penalty last minute (handball) and scored
City 0-1 Bolton
That was tough to take and typical City

We got them back the next season with a 0-1 win at the Reebok with a penalty.

Six times, IIRC. Dunne gave the penalty away?

I was so angry leaving that match.
